- 250 g ravioli
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 onion finely chopped
- 2 garlic cloves finely chopped
- 1 tsp Italian herbs
- 1 tsp dried parsley
- 1 tsp chili flakes
- Salt
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 250 ml heavy cream
- 1/2 cup pasta water
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
In a saucepan, add the butter, chopped onions and chopped garlic. Let it simmer until fragrant.
Add in all the spices, tomato paste and let it simmer.
Add in the heavy cream and pasta water. Let it simmer until slightly thickened.
Add in the Parmesan cheese and mix.
Add in the ravioli and mix till all is incorporated.
Garnish with some dried parsley and enjoy!
