Ingredients
  

  • 250 g ravioli
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 onion finely chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves finely chopped
  • 1 tsp Italian herbs
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • 1 tsp chili flakes
  • Salt
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • 250 ml heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup pasta water
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese

Instructions
 

  • In a saucepan, add the butter, chopped onions and chopped garlic. Let it simmer until fragrant.
  • Add in all the spices, tomato paste and let it simmer.
  • Add in the heavy cream and pasta water. Let it simmer until slightly thickened.
  • Add in the Parmesan cheese and mix.
  • Add in the ravioli and mix till all is incorporated.
  • Garnish with some dried parsley and enjoy!
