In a bowl, marinate the chicken with paprika, rosemary, salt and pepper. Let it marinate for 1 hour at least for the best results.
In a well-heated pan, add some butter and olive oil, then add the chicken and let it grill on both sides until done. Set aside.
In another saucepan, add the butter and the flour and whisk them very well. Add in the milk while still whisking until smooth and creamy.
Season with salt, pepper, oregano and chili flakes.
Add in the mozzarella cheese and let it simmer.
Add in the cooked pasta and mix very well.
Top the pasta with the grilled chicken with some extra oregano.
