Start off by seasoning the chicken with paprika, salt, pepper, lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, cajun spice, dried parsley and olive oil.
Cook the chicken in a pan over medium heat until done.
Remove the chicken aside and toss the mushrooms in the same pan, then remove after they are done.
In the same pan, add the minced onion, jalapeƱos, heavy cream, cream cheese, some butter, minced garlic and the same seasonings. Top it off with some Parmesan cheese and let it simmer for a bit.
Add in the cooked chicken and mushrooms.
Start filling your lasagna sheets with this filling and roll them carefully.
Place them in a baking dish and top with the remaining sauce and some mozzarella cheese.
Bake at 180 degrees for 12 mins and then broil for about 3-4 mins until golden brown.
