Method
- Mix flour, yeast, sugar, and salt.
- Add olive oil and warm water, mix into dough.
- Knead 8–10 minutes until smooth and soft.
- Let rise 45–60 minutes until doubled.
- Roll into rectangle.
- Add filling, leaving border.
- Fold and seal tightly.
- Bake at 220°C for 15–20 minutes.
- Brush with butter and season.
- Rest 5 minutes, slice, and serve.
