In a bowl of a stand mixer, add in warm water, yeast, sugar and mix. Wait for 10 minutes till it foams up.
Add in the flour, salt, and olive oil. Mix it well. If the dough is too sticky, add some flour. Let it rest covered for 30 minutes.
Divide the dough into equal balls and spread well till nice and thin.
In a pan over medium heat, add some butter, the dough and cook on both sides for about 2-3 minutes.
To make the topping, in a saucepan, add in the butter, garlic, parsley and mix till it simmers.
Top the bread with the garlic butter topping and enjoy while warm!
