Ingredients
  

  • 250 g pasta
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 1/2 cup cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions
 

  • In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese and buffalo sauce.
  • Stir until the cheese has melted.
  • Add in the cooked pasta and stir to combine. Season with salt and pepper to taste if needed.
  • Sprinkle some extra cheese on top and pop it under the broiler to melt.
  • Top with some fresh parsley and enjoy!
