Method
- In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese and buffalo sauce.
- Stir until the cheese has melted.
- Add in the cooked pasta and stir to combine. Season with salt and pepper to taste if needed.
- Sprinkle some extra cheese on top and pop it under the broiler to melt.
- Top with some fresh parsley and enjoy!
