PREPARE THE TACOS
- In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, relish, ketchup, mustard, sugar, vinegar, paprika, onion powder, and garlic powder. Set aside.
COOK THE TACOS
- Heat a skillet or pan over medium-high heat, and add a small drizzle of vegetable oil.
- Carefully place two to three tacos with the meat side down. It should take roughly 2-3 minutes for the patty to develop a delightful golden crust. Now, gently flip them over, reduce the heat, and gently set a slice of cheddar cheese atop each patty.
- Cover the tacos and allow them to cook for an additional 2-3 minutes. This time ensures the cheese melts to creamy perfection and the tortilla transforms into a golden, crispy delight. Once done, remove these delectable creations from the heat and repeat the process for the remaining tacos.
THE FINAL ASSEMBLY
- To the taco, add lettuce, onion, pickles, and big mac sauce on top.
- Enjoy warm!
