MAKE THE BIG MAC SAUCE
- In a small bowl, mix the mayonnaise, relish, ketchup, mustard, sugar, vinegar, paprika, onion powder, and garlic powder. Set aside.
PREPARE THE MINCED MEAT
- In a well heated pan, add some butter and oil. Divide your meat into two balls and cook them on each side for 3-4 min and don’t forget to add some salt and pepper. When flipping on the other side, make sure to smash them into pieces. Set aside when cooked.
PREPARE THE FRIES
- Cut your potatoes into perfectly sized sticks. Then dip them in a dish filled with cold iced water. Leave them in the water till the oil is hot enough.
- Drain your potatoes and dry them well from the water. Dip them in the hot frying oil till golden. Season with potato spices.
THE FINAL ASSEMBLY
- Following this order, in a large serving plate, add the fries, minced meat, cheddar cheese (broil them till they are melted), chopped onions, chopped pickles, shredded lettuce and finally the big mac sauce.
- Enjoy while warm!
