Season the chicken
- Heat olive oil in a pan. Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, paprika, chili flakes, and dried parsley.
Cook the chicken
- Sear on both sides until golden and fully cooked through.
Add the BBQ sauce
- Add in BBQ sauce and mix until everything is fully coated.
Assemble the tacos
- Place mozzarella on each tortilla, then spoon the chicken on top.
Pan-fry the tacos
- Fold the tortillas and cook them in the same pan until both sides are crispy and the cheese has melted
