Ingredients
  

For the beef sauce
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 medium onion diced
  • 1.5 lb ground beef
  • Salt & black pepper to taste
  • Tomato sauce
  • Tomato paste
For the white sauce
  • 1 pint heavy cream
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Mozzarella cheese
  • Cheddar cheese
To assemble
  • Cooked pasta spaghetti or preferred shape
  • Mozzarella cheese
  • Cheddar cheese
  • Parmesan cheese

Method
 

Prepare the beef sauce
  1. Heat olive oil in a pan. Sauté onions until soft. Add ground beef, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned. Stir in tomato sauce and tomato paste, then simmer briefly.
Make the creamy white sauce
  1. In a separate pan, heat heavy cream with a pinch of salt and pepper. Add mozzarella and cheddar, stirring until melted. Mix in the cooked pasta until fully coated.
Assemble the bake
  1. Spread the creamy pasta in a baking dish. Spoon the beef sauce evenly over the top. Finish with mozzarella, cheddar, and Parmesan.
Bake
  1. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20–25 minutes, until golden and bubbly.
Serve
  1. Let rest for a few minutes, then serve warm
