WHAT ARE THESE SPICY CHEESE RICE BALLS
These rice balls are inspired by Yaki Onigiri, a traditional Japanese snack made from seasoned rice shaped into balls or triangles and grilled. Brushed with soy sauce or miso before grilling, they have a savory, crispy exterior and a soft, chewy inside. Enjoy them plain or filled with pickled plums (umeboshi), tuna, cheese, or other savory fillings. They are a popular, quick, and satisfying snack or a part of a bento (lunchbox), loved for their simple yet delicious flavor and texture.
