RED PEPPER CHEESE BREAD
Our Red Pepper Cheese Bread – a simple delight that adds a burst of flavor to your day! Picture a warm, fluffy bread infused with the bold kick of red peppers and the gooey goodness of melted cheese. It's the perfect companion for any meal or a delicious snack on its own. Get ready to savor a slice of cheesy perfection that's sure to brighten your taste buds!
Ingredients
- 2 red bell peppers halved and seeded
- 3 garlic heads
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup butter softened
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese
- 1 tsp dried parsley garnish
- 1 Brioche bread
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400 F ( 250 degrees )
- Slice the top of each garlic head. On a baking sheet, place the garlic and red bell peppers and drizzle with some olive oil, salt and pepper. Roast for about 1 hour.
- Once roasted, remove the vegetables from the oven and let them cool. Adjust the oven to 425 F.
- Peel the skin from the red peppers and squeeze the roasted garlic cloves out of their skin.
- In a food processor, blend the peeled red pepper,garlic and softened butter.
- Horizontally, slice the brioche bread into top and bottom halves.
- Spread the garlic-red pepper butter on the bread and top with mozzarella cheese.
- Bake it for 10-15 minutes or until the cheese melts.
- Garnish with some dried parsley and slice into even pieces.
- Enjoy while warm!
Notes
- Make sure to keep an eye on the garlic after 30 minutes, so that it doesn't brown too much. You can cover it with aluminum foil to prevent burning.
