HOW TO MAKE THIS BRUSCHETTA MARGHERITA

This bruschetta is a different take on your traditional bruschetta. It’s full of flavor and everyone loves it. So it would be perfect as an appetizer idea when you’re entertaining!

You’ll need:

  • Ciabatta bread
  • Mozzarella cheese
  • Fresh basil
  • Tomato sauce
  • Olive oil
  • Oregano
  • Salt
  • In a small bowl, mix the tomato sauce with the dried oregano, salt and olive oil.
  • In a frying pan, pour a little olive oil and toast the ciabatta bread on both sides until golden brown.
  • After turning, add the tomato sauce and sprinkle the cheese on top.
  • Serve when the cheese is melted and garnish with fresh basil!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 ciabatta bread
  • Olive oil
  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp oregano
  • Mozzarella cheese
  • Fresh basil

Instructions
 

  • In a small bowl, mix the tomato sauce with the dried oregano, salt and olive oil.
  • In a saucepan, add some olive oil and cook the ciabatta bread on both sides until golden.
  • After flipping on the other side, add the tomato sauce, and top it off with cheese .
  • Serve when the cheese has melted and top with fresh basil!
