Ingredients
- 240 g pasta
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 cup heavy cream
- Salt and pepper
- 2 tbsp truffle oil
- 1/2 cup pasta water
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
- Truffle shavings for topping
Instructions
- In a pan, toss in some butter, heavy cream and season with salt and pepper till it starts to simmer.
- Add in the cooked pasta, some pasta water, truffle oil and parmesan cheese and mix well.
- Add in some shaved truffle and mix till all is incorporated.
- Serve while warm!
