Ingredients
  

  • 200 g smoked salmon
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 1 handful cherry tomatoes
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
  • 230 g pasta
  • 1/2 cup pasta water

Instructions
 

  • In a saucepan, add in the olive oil, chopped onion and let it cook till it is soft.
  • Add in the cherry tomatoes, smoked salmon and cook.
  • Add in some pasta water, heavy cream, salt, pepper and let it simmer till thickened.
  • Add in the cooked pasta and mix.
  • Top with some extra parmesan cheese and serve while warm!
