THE LASAGNA

Start off by seasoning the chicken then cook it in a pan over medium heat until done.
Remove the chicken aside and toss in the mushroom in the same pan the remove after they are done.
In the same pan, add the minced onion, jalapenos, heavy cream, cream cheese, some butter, minced garlic, and the same seasonings. Top it off with some parmesan cheese and let it simmer for a bit then add in the cooked chicken and mushrooms. Finally, Start filling your lasagna sheets with this filling and roll them carefully. Place them in a baking dish and top with the remaining sauce and some mozzarella cheese. Bake at 180 degrees until golden brown😍!

Ingredients
  

  • 8 sheets lasagna
  • 300 g chicken breast
  • 200 g mushrooms
  • 3 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 onion minced
  • 2 tbsp paprika powder
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp cajun powder
  • 1 tbsp dried parsley
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Pinch of lemon juice
  • Minced jalapenos
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 1 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese

Instructions
 

  • Start off by seasoning the chicken with paprika, salt, pepper, lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, cajun spice, dried parsley and olive oil.
  • Cook the chicken in a pan over medium heat until done.
  • Remove the chicken aside and toss in the mushrooms in the same pan the remove after they are done.
  • In the same pan, add the minced onion, jalapenos, heavy cream, cream cheese, some butter, minced garlic and the same seasonings. Top it off with some parmesan cheese and let it simmer for a bit.
