  • Ramen
  • Butter
  • Sucuk
  • Garlic
  • Heavy Cream
  • Tomato Paste
  • Salt and pepper
  • Paprika
  • Garlic Powder
  • Cheddar Cheese
  • Mozzarella Cheese

WHAT IS SUCUK AND WHY IT’S AMAZING IN RAMEN

Sucuk is a flavorful, spicy sausage that originates from the Middle East, particularly Turkey. Made from ground beef or lamb and seasoned with garlic, cumin, and a variety of spices, sucuk has a bold, savory taste with a bit of heat. It’s traditionally grilled, fried, or used in stews, but it also works wonders when added to ramen.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 ramen pack
  • 80 g sucuk thinly cubed
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 2 garlic cloves thinly sliced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese

Instructions
 

  • In a pan over medium heat, add in some butter, sliced sucuk and cook till slightly crispy. Set aside.
  • In the same pan, add some more butter, garlic and let it simmer.
  • Add in the heavy cream, spices, cheese and mix.
  • Add in the ramen, some ramen water, sucuk and mix.
  • Serve with some soft boiled eggs and enjoy while warm!
