This icy delight, presented in a mason jar, serves as a fantastic substitute for my cherished hot caramel latte. It presents a wonderful combination of sweetness and creaminess, featuring deep notes of caramel and coffee.
Usually, an espresso is used for a traditional latte, but our homemade recipe uses regular coffee (see ingredient notes for an espresso substitute). If you have brewed coffee on hand, you can create and savor this creamy, caramelflavored iced latte in about two minutes!

INGREDIENTS YOU NEED:
- Coffee: Use any coffee you have available, brewed strongly if you want to enhance the coffee taste. If you prefer to use espresso, simply adjust the milk in the recipe to 3/4 cup. Instant coffee is also an option.
- Milk: While Starbucks relies on 2% milk for their beverages, feel free to select any type of milk you enjoy, including dairyfree alternatives. The creamier your milk, the richer your drink will taste.
- Caramel sauce: Choose your preferred caramel sauce for this recipe. If caramel sauce isn’t a staple in your pantry, grab some during your next visit to the grocery store.
CAN I USE COLD BREWED COFFEE FOR THIS?
Absolutely. However, most caramel sauces mix better in warm liquids, so instead of blending the sauce and sugar into hot coffee, heat 1/4 cup of the milk until it’s hot and incorporate the caramel sauce and sugar into the warmed milk. After that, you can add the remaining milk and cold brew, then pour it over ice.


CARAMEL ICED LATTE
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp instant coffee
- 1 tbsp hot water
- 1 tbsp caramel sauce
- Ice cubes
- 1 cup milk
Instructions
- In a small cup, add the instant coffee and hot water and blend it well till it has thickened.
- In a cup,add some caramel sauce,ice cubes and cold milk.
- Add in the coffee and give it a good blend.
