BUBBLY PINK PASTA WITH BUFFALO CHEESE
Ingredients
- 220 g pasta
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 onion chopped
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
- Buffalo cheese and pesto sauce for toppings
Instructions
- In a saucepan, add in the olive oil, onion and let it simmer until the onion is fragrant and softened.
- Add in the tomato paste, heavy cream and mix.
- Add in some pasta water, salt, and pepper and let it simmer till it has thickened.
- Add in the parmesan cheese and then the pasta. Mix well and serve with buffalo cheese and some pesto sauce on top!
