CREAMY SALMON PASTA
Ingredients
- 200 g smoked salmon
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 onion chopped
- 1 handful cherry tomatoes
- 1 cup heavy cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
- 230 g pasta
- 1/2 cup pasta water
Instructions
- In a saucepan, add in the olive oil, chopped onion and let it cook till it is soft.
- Add in the cherry tomatoes, smoked salmon and cook.
- Add in some pasta water, heavy cream, salt, pepper and let it simmer till thickened.
- Add in the cooked pasta and mix.
- Top with some extra parmesan cheese and serve while warm!
