- Onion
- Olive oil
- Mayonnaise
- Ketchup
- Sweet relish
- Rice Vinegar
- Sugar
- Chili flakes
- Cheddar Cheese
- Fries Spices
- Frying oil

HOW TO MAKE THE BEST ANIMAL STYLE FRIES
- To make the sauce, in a bowl, add ketchup, mayonnaise, sugar, sweetener and rice vinegar. Mix everything well and set aside.
- To prepare the onion filling, add a little olive oil and chopped onions to a pot. Add a little water and simmer slowly until caramelized.
- Cut the potatoes into chips and leave in cold water for 1 hour. Fry until golden brown.
- Sprinkle the potatoes with cheddar cheese and place them on the grill.

Ingredients

- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 1/2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp sweet relish
FRIES AND TOPPING
- 5 big potatoes
- Frying oil for frying
- 1 onion chopped
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Cheddar cheese
Instructions
- In a bowl, add in the ketchup, mayonnaise, sugar, sweet relish and rice vinegar. Mix it all well and set aside.
- To make the onion topping , in a saucepan ,add in some olive oil and chopped onions. Add a little bit of water and cook it slowly till caramelized.
- Cut the potatoes into fries and let it sit in cold water for 1 hour. Fry till golden.
- Top the fries with cheddar cheese and melt with a broiler.
- Top with some caramelized onions and then the sauce. Top with some chili flakes and dried parsley for extra flavor!
- Serve while still warm!
